Terms of use

These terms apply to Fudan, operated by Natsuki Fujimoto (MuggyTea). Use the service lawfully and only with information you have permission to provide. The current release is a testing service and availability may change. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Suggestions, not guarantees

AI recipes, ingredient recognition, amounts and nutrition values can be wrong. Review ingredient suggestions before saving, check food labels, allergies, dates, storage conditions and cooking instructions, and make your own decisions. Fudan does not diagnose or treat conditions and does not promise weight loss, allergen safety or food safety. Seek appropriate professional advice for medical or individualized nutrition needs.

Paid access and limits

No paid products are currently offered in the beta. When available, purchases use the App Store or Google Play and show the local price, credit amount, period and conditions before confirmation. Subscriptions renew until canceled through the store. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of that billing period; purchased top-up credits have no expiry. Credits are for Fudan services, are not money and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Refund requests follow the relevant store process and applicable law. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Your content and service operation

You retain your rights to your content and allow us and our providers to process it to deliver requested features. Do not misuse accounts, automate abusive requests or attempt to bypass usage controls. We may limit access to prevent abuse or protect the service and will offer support for purchase-access issues. Keep your own copies of information you need. We do not promise uninterrupted availability; statutory warranties and remedies remain unaffected.

Questions or changes

Contact support about these terms, access, refunds or data. Material changes will be communicated through the service or this page. If the service is discontinued, we will explain how affected purchases and remaining balances are handled under store rules and applicable law.
